General Specifications

AMCOM MMIC Driver Amplifiers provide broadband gain and moderate output power for use as intermediate or driver stages in RF and microwave signal chains. Typical devices cover frequency ranges from near DC up to approximately 20 GHz, with gain commonly between 13 dB and 28 dB and output power reaching roughly 37 dBm depending on the model.

These amplifiers are internally matched to 50 ohms and are offered in several package styles including QFN, bare die, and flange configurations for integration into hybrid modules, microwave assemblies, and test systems.

Driver Amplifiers
