Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA)
RPG’s Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are designed to deliver high-gain, low-noise signal amplification across a wide range of millimeter-wave and sub-THz bands. These compact modules are well-suited for integration into receivers used in radar systems, remote sensing instruments, and other applications where signal integrity is critical.
Gain options range from 14 to 40 dB, with typical noise figures as low as 3 dB. Amplifiers are available across standard waveguide bands from WR-15 to WR-2.8, covering frequencies from 50 to 350 GHz. Multiple configurations are available for different gain, noise figure, and power handling requirements.
