Founded in 2006, ACST GmbH is a leading provider of Schottky diodes for millimeter-wave and terahertz (THz) applications. Originating as a spin-off from the Technische Universität Darmstadt, ACST leverages over twenty years of expertise to deliver innovative THz solutions.
