Administrative Assistant

Impulse Technologies is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform general office duties and administrative support in a well organized and timely manner.

This opportunity has full-time and part-time positions available.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Prior experience as an office assistant.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time and workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen & direct incoming phone calls.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents & presentations.
  • Screen and process sales inquiries.
  • Review and process orders.
  • Perform receiving activities, including incoming inspection.
  • Process outbound shipments.
  • Take dictation & meeting minutes for distribution.
  • Preparing facility for scheduled events.
  • Coordinate & manage project timelines.
  • Manage & source office supplies.
  • Manage & maintain office filing system.
  • Other tasks as necessary.
