Frequency Mixers
ACST offers a comprehensive line of millimeter and sub-millimeter wave mixers operating from 40 to 540 GHz. These units provide high-performance frequency conversion with low noise and broad bandwidth. Development is already underway for solutions extending up to 1100 GHz, ensuring continued scalability for future applications.
Harmonic & Subharmonic Mixers
ACST’s subharmonic and harmonic mixers are designed to enable low noise figure and wide IF/RF bandwidth. They generate the second or third harmonic of a local oscillator internally, supporting both up and down conversion. With minimal LO power requirements, they are ideal for near-THz systems where isolation and power efficiency are essential. These mixers feature strong LO-to-RF isolation and are well-suited for applications with constrained LO availability.
Subharmonic Mixers
Subharmonic mixers from ACST are specifically engineered to minimize noise figure while demanding very little LO power. Their broad IF frequency range allows seamless integration into systems requiring flexible up or down conversion. These units are commonly deployed in FMCW radar, active imaging, and array-based receiver platforms.
