The ACST 316C Sub-Harmonic Mixer is a high-performance, broadband component specifically designed for challenging millimeter-wave and sub-THz applications. Operating across the full D-Band (110 – 170 GHz), this mixer provides low conversion loss and excellent linearity, making it ideal for frequency extension modules used in Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) systems, high-resolution spectroscopy, and radiometry. Its sub-harmonic architecture simplifies system integration by utilizing a lower frequency Local Oscillator (LO).
