Description

Anteral’s Directive Radiating Array (DRA) is built to achieve strong directive patterns for satellite communication systems. Arrays like this are critical for creating focused beams while maintaining the ability to steer or adjust the radiation pattern.

The DRA includes seven feed chains. Each radiating element combines a spline horn antenna, a compact circular waveguide filter with low losses, and a septum polarizer. This configuration minimizes signal loss and keeps the system lightweight.

Lightness and compactness are key advantages of this design. Anteral optimized the array to reduce mass and size, meeting the strict requirements of space applications and smallsat platforms.
