The M2L-69N-5 Broadband Vector Modulator is a high-performance PIN diode I & Q vector modulator engineered for broadband microwave and RF applications. Operating from 2.0 GHz to 18.0 GHz, it provides simultaneous phase and amplitude control with 360° phase coverage and up to 15 dB dynamic range. Featuring digitally controlled 12-bit TTL logic for both I & Q channels, fast 500 ns switching speed, and excellent phase and amplitude flatness, the M2L-69N-5 is ideal for radar systems, electronic warfare, RF simulation, phased array antennas, and advanced communication systems.
