The ACST 225D is a high-efficiency, self-bias frequency tripler designed for millimeter-wave systems operating from 91 to 99 GHz input and delivering 275 to 295 GHz output. Based on ACST’s balanced high-efficiency multiplier technology, the 225D provides flat frequency response, excellent harmonic suppression, and reliable broadband performance. No external bias control is required, enabling compact and simplified system integration. Its gold-plated brass construction ensures low RF loss and dependable operation for laboratory instrumentation, FMCW radar, active imaging, telecommunications, and LO source applications.
