The ACST 215AX is a high-power, biasable frequency tripler covering the 420–465 GHz band. It accepts 140–155 GHz input signals and provides strong output power with flat conversion efficiency across the band. Designed for demanding millimeter- and submillimeter-wave systems, it features WR-6.5 input and WR-2.2 output interfaces and requires external bias control.
