The ACST 213C is a high-efficiency, bias-controlled frequency tripler designed for millimeter-wave systems operating from 88 to 100 GHz input and delivering 265 to 300 GHz output. Based on ACST’s high-power balanced multiplier technology, the 213C provides flat frequency response, excellent harmonic suppression, and reliable output performance across the operating band. Bias control is required for optimal operation at specified input power levels. Its gold-plated brass construction ensures low RF loss and dependable performance for laboratory instrumentation, FMCW radar, active imaging, telecommunications, and LO source applications.
