The ACST 213BY is an ultrahigh-power, bias-controlled frequency tripler designed for millimeter-wave systems operating from 76.66 to 86.66 GHz input and delivering 230 to 265 GHz output. As part of ACST’s 213xY family, the 213BY is based on high-power balanced multiplier technology to provide excellent harmonic suppression, flat frequency response, and reliable high-output performance. Bias control is required for optimal operation at specified input power levels. Its gold-plated brass construction ensures low loss and robust performance for laboratory instrumentation, FMCW radar, imaging, and telecommunications applications.
