The ACST 213AY is an ultrahigh-power, bias-controlled frequency tripler designed for millimeter-wave systems operating from 66.66 to 78.33 GHz input and delivering 200 to 235 GHz output. Based on ACST’s high-power balanced multiplier technology, the 213AY provides flat broadband response, excellent harmonic suppression, and reliable high-output performance. Bias control is required for optimal operation at specified input power levels. Its gold-plated brass construction ensures low loss and robust performance for laboratory instrumentation, FMCW radar, active imaging, telecommunications, and LO source applications.
