The Frequency Doubler 211B is a biasable, high-efficiency millimeter-wave frequency multiplier designed for advanced MM-wave and sub-MM systems operating in the WR-2.8 band. Optimized for input frequencies from 155 to 185 GHz, the 211B delivers doubled output frequencies from 310 to 370 GHz with typical conversion efficiency of approximately 20%. Based on ACST’s high-power multiplier technology and balanced circuit configuration, the 211B provides reliable suppression of unwanted harmonics and robust output performance for laboratory instrumentation, FMCW radar, active imaging, 5G telecommunications, and local oscillator sources for MM/Sub-MM heterodyne receivers.
