General Specifications
VivaTech THz Millimeter Wave Noise Sources are designed for calibrated noise measurements across standard mmWave waveguide bands. The THZNS-XXFB series covers 40 to 170 GHz, with models offered across WR19, WR15, WR12, WR10, WR08, and WR06 frequency bands.
These sources provide 12 dB typical ENR, 1.5:1 maximum VSWR, and are supplied with an integrated isolator and calibration data. They are intended for use with compatible noise figure meters and noise test set downconverters for automatic noise measurements in millimeter wave systems.
