The ACST 223B is a non-biasable broadband frequency tripler designed for millimeter-wave systems operating from 55 to 85 GHz input and delivering 165 to 260 GHz output. As part of ACST’s 223x high-power multiplier family, the 223B uses a balanced architecture to suppress undesired harmonics while providing efficient, full-band performance.
