The Frequency Doubler 216D is a high-power, broadband millimeter-wave frequency multiplier designed for full-band operation in the WR-15 waveguide band. Optimized for input frequencies from 22.5 to 37.5 GHz, the 216D delivers doubled output frequencies from 45 to 75 GHz with typical conversion efficiency exceeding 12%. Based on ACST’s high-power multiplier technology and balanced circuit configuration, this non-biasable doubler ensures excellent harmonic suppression and robust performance for laboratory instrumentation, radar, imaging, and communication systems.
