The Frequency Doubler 210AX is a biasable, high-efficiency millimeter-wave frequency multiplier designed for advanced MM-wave systems operating in the WR-5 band. Optimized for input frequencies from 77.5 to 92.5 GHz, the 210AX delivers doubled output frequencies from 155 to 185 GHz with typical conversion efficiency of approximately 25%. Based on ACST’s high-power multiplier technology and balanced circuit configuration, the 210AX provides flat response, effective suppression of unwanted harmonics, and reliable output performance for laboratory instrumentation, radar systems, imaging, and high-frequency communication applications.
