The Frequency Doubler 211AX is a biasable, high-efficiency, high-power millimeter-wave frequency multiplier designed for advanced MM-wave and sub-MM systems operating in the WR-3.4 band. Optimized for input frequencies from 135 to 160 GHz, the 211AX delivers doubled output frequencies from 270 to 320 GHz with typical conversion efficiency of approximately 25%. Based on ACST’s high-power multiplier technology, the 211AX provides flat response, reliable suppression of unwanted harmonics, and robust output performance for laboratory instrumentation, FMCW radar, active imaging, and local oscillator sources for MM/Sub-MM heterodyne receivers.
