The ACST 312D subharmonic mixer is a high-performance G-band mixer designed for demanding terahertz and millimeter-wave applications. Operating across 140–220 GHz, it features a WR-5.1 RF port, WR-10 LO port, low DSB conversion loss, and a wide 0–40 GHz IF output. This mixer is ideal for imaging, spectroscopy, communication links, and precision heterodyne receiver systems requiring stable LO drive and low noise performance.
