General Specifications

ACST Broadband Sources provide wideband RF coverage across full standard waveguide bands, making them ideal for both research and applied industrial systems.

Broadband Sources

ACST Broadband Sources are designed for maximum spectral coverage rather than peak output power, delivering seamless RF signal sweeps across each full rectangular waveguide band. These broadband RF modules are widely used in laboratory instrumentation, antenna characterization, imaging systems, and high-resolution radar for non-destructive testing and industrial quality assurance.

Each source is fixed-tuned and housed in a compact, modular metallic enclosure with standardized RF interfaces. Operation requires no manual tuning—these are plug-and-play systems needing only a standard DC power supply.

All ACST broadband sources support vertical E-field orientation by default and include adjustable feet, allowing output waveguide height calibration between 55 mm and 100 mm. This ensures compatibility with most measurement setups. Optional configurations, including integrated horn antennas or waveguide transitions, are available on request.
